Tasting Notes:

Red berries and apple notes, with caramelised sugar sweetness. A smooth, buttery floral finish.

Brew Notes:

  • V60: Rose and juicy green apple  
  • AeroPress: Almond and butterscotch
  • Flat White: Crème brûlée pudding

  • Region: Ntchenachena EPA, Rumphi, Northern Malawi
  • Producers: The dedicated 791 farmers of the Phoka Cooperative
  • Process: Fully washed and dried on raised beds
  • Varietals: Nyasa, Gesha, Catimor 129, and Caturra
  • Altitude:  Cultivated at 1350 meters above sea level

This coffee is extremely difficult to dial in, but once you get in.. oh man. Very good

Its good to see Rooted going more into single origin specialty coffees. Keep it up
